We need an ambitious Product Owner to join our growing Cloud Platforms team in Wellington. In this exciting role you will be at the forefront of driving the bank's technology transformation and our technology product management discipline by building products that differentiate us from our competition and have the greatest possible impact on the way our customers manage their finances.
Good tools make for better engineers and happier stakeholders! In this role you will guide and support practical software engineering strategy at BNZ. You will use your experience and knowledge to help provision the patterns and tooling that make modern engineering practices possible.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands how engineers work, who can empathise with their problems, and above all who can translate what they ask for into what they really need. As a Product Owner, you will work collectively to support the software engineering experience at BNZ.
