The opportunity This role supports the Invenco Cloud Services team in a product ownership capacity. The PO is responsible for defining product requirements and prioritizing the backlog for the scrum teams. The PO will work closely with other ICS Product Owners, the ICS project manager and technical leads, and will also work with the other Invenco platform teams to drive exceptional customer outcomes. This is a technical product ownership role within an agile environment, and provides a vital link between the customers, product and the development team. Responsibilities include: Actively participating in company-wide quarterly PI planning sessions Working with customers to ensure a full understanding of specific needs and capture requirements effectively Documenting product requirements and acceptance criteria clearly, and building a shared understanding of the problem and solution with the development team Assessing requirements and working closely with architects and technical leads to ensure implementation aligns with product strategy whilst delivering to customer needs Own the ICS backlog, collaborating with other POs, product management and development teams to make decisions regarding the priority of product backlog items Work with test engineers to ensure appropriate testing & validation is carried out Assist with defect resolution & problem solving Manage clarifications with the customer during the UAT cycle of the project Assist the Business development team/s to sell products and solutions to customers by providing pre-sales support and conducting product demonstrations Understanding the market and changing trends About You Ideally you will have the following skills and experience: 2+ years relevant experience in a similar or transferrable role Bachelor's in computer science, engineering, or similar relevant field Commercial mindset Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills Excellent organizational and time management skills In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills Creative thinker with vision Attention to detail No restrictions to travel Invenco By GVR Benefits Our people are the core of Invenco by GVR and we have a range of benefits which support you as an employee.
