We recently launched our software into the North American market and have a keen interest in continually building our market share globally!Our Role We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in both product management and domain expertise within the logistics industry. Your leadership approach will drive the ongoing refinement and prioritisation of our product strategy, identifying projects that unlock maximum value for our customers and drive revenue growth for our business.Reporting to our Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product management lifecycle, engaging with a range of stakeholders to ensure user requirements are well understood. You will lean on your project management toolkit to drive the delivery and realisation of initiatives, leading the decision making and scope management, in collaboration with our engineering squads. You will also work closely with our marketing team, having responsibility for the communication of product changes and enhancements, to both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities include:Working closely with the Chief Product Officer to develop and refine the Product strategy and roadmap.Management and coordination of large projects from ideation through to completionMaintain industry knowledge and customer requirements to better inform our prioritisation of initiatives, whilst effectively shaping the requirements and scope to maximise return on investment.Contribute to the complex problem solving process at the solution design phase to ensure user experience and market expectations are front of mind.Drive strong decision making processes ensuring stakeholder engagement and data analysis are balanced with customer and business priorities.To be successful, we are looking for:Experience as a Senior Product Manager or similar role across B2B product environments in a remote and distributed organisation.Logistics industry understanding, specifically WMS and TMS applications, ideally with "on-the-floor" user experience.Demonstrated ability to identify and propose solutions which significantly reduce time-to-market, and maximise ROI.Ability to innovate, driving new ideas and concepts, whilst considering technology changes, industry shifts and market expectations.Demonstrated project management capability, overseeing the full lifecycle including post-release reviews and feedback.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and strong experience working with a globally diverse team.Experience with UI design tools like Adobe XD and Figma.Driven, adaptable, and genuinely excited to embark on this adventure with CartonCloud!Does making an impact on our customers, our business and our industry have you excited?!!?
