Product Management & Development (Information & Communication Technology)You are hired under our digital transformation team to design and develop software applications that help to better serve the needs of Singaporeans.Adopting Agile development approach and work towards tech best practices and cutting edge tools.Hybrid working arrangement (Monday to Friday)Working closely with a group of passionate and innovative membersResponsibilities:Deliver products using the appropriate Agile management methodology, learning & iterating frequently.Brings new products to market by analysing proposed product requirements and product development.Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team.Collaborate with Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.Define the roadmap and ensure user stories are created for product development in Jira, Confluence, etc.Groom the product backlog, prioritise user stories, technical tasks and bug fixes into the sprints.Work with Product Owner, Technical Lead, Business Analysts, User Experience Designers, Engineers in planning the activities required and timeline for each release.Bridge communication between multiple teams which includes creating documentation or presentations when necessary.Continuously gather user feedback, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.Requirements:Experience using software development tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, Jira, etcProven experience in defining and executing product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plansUnderstanding of government to government working relationship (added advantage)If you are ready to embark on this opportunity, we invite you to submit your updated resume now!Interested candidates may apply via email to ****** (indicating Job ID J43897 for faster processing).
