POSITION: Product Manager DIVISION/DEPT: Product
REPORT TO: Senior Product Manager
LOCATION: Christchurch (Head Office)
TRAVEL: Occasional travel to manufactures & customer meetings
Purpose of the role Responsible for managing all critical pathsTrack work to be completed, set deadlines and delegate tasks to your project team, identifying any potential risksBuild strong relationships with our manufacturing partners.Engage/collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure project viability.Ability to lead clear briefs and communicate efficiently to our buying teams.Speak & present with confidence on project status updates.Ability to understand the technical make up of a product.Be able to work with large amounts of detail.Support with exceptional presentations for our customers.Scope & Relationships UK & EU supplier facing and Solent Asia buying teamRetailer facing for all live projectsInternally face into all product, technical, design and supply chain teamsInternal Stakeholder managementMain Responsibilities Responsible for completing the project work in line with the plan and will often report progress to senior managers.Manage the product development from Concept stage to finished goodsManaging the production of the required deliverables. planning and monitoring the project. Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines.Planning is key, ability to be reactive and to present solutionsContribute to Category plans for the financial year with quarterly reviewsTo manage our project management tool Asana ensure content is accurate and updated weekly.Reviewing emails and project requirements, conducting meetings with teams and stakeholders, scheduling, monitoring metrics and many more.
