A Product Manager position is available in our centrally located Christchurch office. The position is an exciting opportunity for a friendly, patient and adaptable person to become part of a dynamic and fun team. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Foster supplier partnerships and grow existing and new relationships Conduct assessment of content in current systems; define standards for all content; uncover what's missing and get system current and consistent Manage rates and product details; renegotiate contracts annually including third party vendors (guide companies, transportation companies, guides, experiences providers, yachts, etc.); establish annual contracts maintenance process Develop a training schedule to ensure team members are trained on product offerings; define and develop a library of training materials based on team needs Travel a few times a year for new experiences and develop ideas to differentiate us Arrange for employees to experience partner offerings by developing and implementing employee FAMs Develop criteria for vetting partners Serve as a key player in the vetting and acquisition of new software WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR Team player Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Exceptional organizational and time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks Great attention to detail Computer confident Experience working with luxury clientele An understanding of the South Pacific region Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4.00.pm If you are looking for a challenge and believe you have the potential to become a key member of our team, then you should apply for this position.
