Your vision and leadership will contribute to making BidOne the preferred platform for businesses worldwide, delivering unparalleled speed, ease, and efficiency in their operations.Key Responsibilities:Engage directly with Bidfood businesses and users to understand their needs and business drivers, fostering regular communication through various channels.Maintain a clear product vision aligned with evolving business strategies, driving game-changing value for stakeholders.Define strategic roadmap features and ensure effective communication and feedback loops with stakeholders.Support Client Project Managers in feature uptake, implementation plans, and release demos.Implement a rolling review process to evaluate feature uptake and user feedback for future prioritization.Product Delivery:Prioritize and communicate the rolling roadmap to stakeholders, with clear rationale for priority decisions.Develop and maintain user personas to ensure a deep understanding of user needs.Manage the product backlog and associated documentation, delivering business requirements and specifications as needed.Drive delivery milestones and schedules, organizing sprint delivery and prioritizing Product Backlog Items (PBIs) for efficient development cycles.Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks, managing dependencies on other teams.Maintain balance between new feature development and addressing maintenance and technical debt.Personal Attributes:Strong strategic capabilities and commercial awareness, with a track record of delivering impactful business outcomes.Ability to build authentic relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Passion for solving real business problems with technology solutions that users love.Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust through thoughtful deliberation.Optimistic and solution-focused approach to problem-solving, with a drive for successful delivery and business impact.Experience Required:Previous experience championing strategic priorities and aligning cross-functional teams with product vision and goals.Successful track record in product management, delivering technology products through cross-functional teams.Experience in B2B product or sales businesses, with collaboration across varied stakeholders.Demonstrated understanding of real customer needs and design thinking methodologies.Experience leading high-performing product teams in innovative software development projects at scale.Additional Requirements:Flexibility for occasional international travel and communication with customers and projects outside of normal working hours, given our global client base.Join our dynamic team at BidOne and be part of revolutionizing the way businesses worldwide interact with their wholesale suppliers.
