Bring your product manager skills to our consumer team!Based in Auckland, the purpose of this role istomanage the development, delivery, and lifecycle management of products and services within our Consumer portfolio (domestic and international parcels) to ensure growth and profitability and the delivery of innovative products that meet customers'needs, remain competitive and exceed business goals.
This role is responsible for day-to-day associated product tasks and key project deliverables. This role requires someone with good communication and stakeholder management skills and a solid understanding of product management disciplines.
You willbe able to show us your experience managing products and services to ensure best possible outcomes for a business. Ideally this will be within an industry or environment which is similar or transferable to ours. You will have experience executing consumer product roadmaps, including their delivery to stakeholders and customers. You will also be able to clearly demonstrate experience managing the product lifecycle of Consumer products and services from concept development through to end-of-life.
Other import elements of this role include:
Monitor and analyse key product performance metrics, such as revenue, volumes and ARPU to ensure growth, profitability and customer targets and needs are being met and recommend/take corrective actions as needed.Assist with reporting to wider team members to help monitor and improve performance presenting reporting that is relevant to audiences.Work closely with the wider Consumer team to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing and positioning of new and existing products and services.Ensure products and services are fit for market to ensure smooth launches, operational success and supported by appropriate support models.Your relationship management skills will beevidentfrom day one. This role workswith both internal and external stakeholders and often isrequiredto educate and bring people along on the journey.
