As the Product Lead, you will play a crucial role in building products that captivate customers and drive business success.
You'll manage the delicate balance between customer value and business viability; ensuring our products fulfill needs and generate revenue. Collaborate closely with design and technical leads to navigate product, usability, and engineering risks, facilitating efficient decision-making.
Your responsibilities include providing essential context on the customer problems to solve to our product team, guiding discussions, setting priorities, and crafting roadmaps.
As a resource and mentor, you'll empower the team to own their tasks and excel in execution. Additionally, you'll facilitate stakeholder engagement, participate in market research, and deliver high-quality outcomes that address customer needs effectively.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring AGILE experience in a Product Management / Product Owner role
Software Product Owner / Product Management knowledge from Strategy to Execution
An ability to represent customer value and product viability
Understanding of the construction industry - not a essential but a bonus if you have it
Some experience in leading teams to develop software-based products
A good networker and collaborator, ability to bring others together to meet a common goal

About Our CTCT Division The CTCT division (a joint venture between Trimble and Caterpillar) develops positioning and control products for earthmoving and paving machines in the construction and mining industries, using technologies such as GPS, optical total stations, lasers, and sonics. The products are used in a range of applications where the operator of the machine benefits from having accurate horizontal and vertical guidance.
