Product Management & Development (Marketing & Communications) An exciting permanent full-time opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and self-driven Product Development Coordinator to join our dedicated, fun and supportive team. You will work 40 hours per week covering the hours of 8.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. About us Windsor Hardware is a locally owned and operated business that provides a full product range of door hardware and accessories to DIY stores, builders, designers, and architects throughout Australasia. Windsor is renowned for providing exceptional quality products and an unparalleled standard of service to all our customers. We are looking for our next superstar to join our hardworking team at our head office in Invercargill. About the role A large focus of your day will be undertaking specific activities (outlined below) related to product development and sourcing. This involves working closely with the Sales/Marketing and Supply Chain team to achieve business/department strategic objectives while raising the bar on our service, your can-do attitude and unfaltering loyalty will enhance our positive team culture. To be successful in this role you must have: Tertiary level qualification in Product Design / Product Development Engineering / Business / Administration or a related field. Experience of New Product Introduction, reworking design changes and upgrades through to production. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Sound IT and administration experience. Product coordination. Experience in importing environment and hardware supply industry. Preferably experience using Solidworks CAD software.
