As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading UX/UI design, creating simple and intuitive designs for complex systems.
You will use tools like Figma to develop engaging designs that prioritise the user experience. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to bring ideas to life, ensuring that designs meet inclusivity and accessibility standards.
You will also drive UX and UI consistency across the product to enhance user experience. The ideal person for this role is a seasoned designer with at least 3 years of experience in SaaS and startups, with strong Figma skills.
You should be an expert in user testing and be able to turn feedback into innovative solutions. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to articulate design concepts clearly.
You should also be agile, adaptable, and ready to lead in a dynamic startup environment.
