Reporting to the Head of Product, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to align work with priorities, identify resource constraints, and champion process and product delivery. This role plays a key part in maintaining a smooth delivery flow across software development teams focusing on the solutions.Some of the responsibilities include:Translating strategy and product requirements into workflow and managing that workflow with the teamReporting and liaising with the customer-facing teamMaintaining a smooth and excellent delivery flow across the teams responsible for software development and deliveryMonitoring customer activity, workflows, and issuesAbout YOUTo shine in this role, you'll need a passion for understanding customer needs and crafting ingenious solutions. Experience in managing stakeholder relationships, crisis management, and juggling priorities will be your forte. This role would suit a personable Scrum Master or Product Owner.
