About the role As a Delivery Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure our teams can build and deliver exceptional products and services to the customers. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to align work with priorities, identify resource constraints, and champion process and product delivery. This role plays a key part in maintaining a smooth delivery flow across software development teams focusing on the solutions.  Some of the responsibilities include:  Translating strategy and product requirements into workflow and managing that workflow with the team Reporting and liaising with the customer-facing team Maintaining a smooth and excellent delivery flow across the teams responsible for software development and delivery Monitoring customer activity, workflows, and issues About YOU To shine in this role, you'll need a passion for understanding customer needs and crafting ingenious solutions. Experience in managing stakeholder relationships, crisis management, and juggling priorities will be your forte. This role would suit a personable Scrum Master or Product Owner. You're a team motivator and you're confident dealing with fast-moving requirements.  Your background: At least three years' experience in a similar role in a product/SaaS company Experience working in an Agile environment  Experience working as a Scrum Master/Product Owner/BA What's in it for you?
