Product Delivery Coordinator

Reporting to the Product Director and part of a growing team, this role will be pivotal to supporting the roll out of an online booking system. The team (based at our dedicated Support office in Wellington) are a diverse and funky bunch who muck in and get their hands dirty – no task too big or too small. Sound like your ideal team?You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, become best friends with our IT team and our network of branches to enable a successful product launch and embed.You will also:Assist with business case creationResearch best practiceKeep the team honest and on task to hit deadlines (aka owner of schedules and timelines)Get out into our branch network, interact with out customers and get their feedback first handAbout you:This is a busy and challenging role where no two days are the same, so we need someone who loves to juggle multiple priorities at once while keeping the customer at the forefront of everything you do.
