Product Analyst – eCommerce Why we need you. Worldline has long been a leader in local payments since we launched EFTPOS in 1989. We work in an Agile world, with fast cycles of development and releases to evolve our products constantly. We need an amazing Product Analyst to help us define, prioritise and build what we are doing. You'll be working with world class developers in a dedicated squad, who are high performing and chomping at the bit to drive the future of Worldline. We're looking for you to show the passion you have for driving the detail around digital products and software development. What you are going to be doing. Key accountabilities in this role: -Ownership of the business requirements documentation process -Communicate the success and motivate the team -Manage stakeholder requirements -Frontline contact with customers -Manage and collaborate cross functionally across Worldline -Manage and prioritise through our tools -Involvement in the whole product lifecycle. What we need you to be good at. We really need someone with an eye for detail and a proven ability to drive performance in a Product Analyst/Business Analyst role previously. We are looking for someone who is organised, likes to take the bull by the horns and is an excellent communicator. A natural motivator and team player is also a huge requirement for this team. Most of all, we want someone who is a doer and wants to succeed. Specific skills we will look at: ·Excellent verbal and written communication skills – this is a must you will be expected to run workshops/meetings/ceremonies, with a wide variety of audiences ·3+ years' experience as a Product/Business/ Owner in a commercial environment – preferably payments or banking ·Understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban) ·Proficient with JIRA/Confluence ·Experience working with wireframing and prototyping tools (Balsamiq, Sketch, Adobe) is a plus ·Experience using reporting and analytics tools (Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, MixPanel) ·Relevant tertiary qualifications (relevant work experience will carry a greater weighting) ·Broad Technology knowledge ·Team player, who is prepared to roll their sleeves up ·Detail oriented ·Organised, thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
