Following an organisational restructure to position the business for ambitious growth targets over the next five years, a new role of Procurement & Supply Chain Manager has been created to ensure these functions are fit for purpose as the business continues to expand. Reporting to the GM Operations, this subject matter expert will review all procurement activities to implement and develop national and international best procurement practices with a keen eye on continuous improvement. This role will focus on increasing operational and cost efficiencies for procurement and supply chain across the business to ensure consistency of practice and understanding of purpose. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, this will require authentic leadership skills combined with strong strategic, critical and analytical thinking to capture meaningful data and metrics against which to measure operational efficiencies and benchmark international best practice. This is a shaping role where driving and implementing change will be critical for success so fresh thinking and innovation will be key. This role leads a team of four direct reports. You will be passionate about systems and planning, with a minimum of five years' demonstrated experience in an aligned role, ideally gained at a national management level. You love data and can make data driven decisions balanced with intel from our infield teams. Essential skills will be experience of using NetSuite or NetStock at an advanced level and a relevant qualification in procurement or supply chain is desirable.
