We are looking for a Flexi Wet Process Operator to join our team in our Dairy Factory in Balclutha. You will be Key part of our Production team to support the processing of raw milk into infant formula, and play a key role in delivering high-quality products, for the first time right to our consumers day after day. You will assist in achieving our business goals through your ability to be alert, follow our procedures, and be a great team player.This vacancy is a permanent full-time job, working a rotating shift roster 2 days, 2 nights and 4 days off. About You To be successful you will have:Minimum 2+ years Experience in the food industry – familiarity with spray-drying processes is an advantageMonitoring and controlling of Batching and Milk Separation EquipmentUnderstanding of HMI's/Scads would be beneficial Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and a strong Health & Safety / Quality focusAn understanding of hygiene requirements in a food manufacturing plant (ideal if you have worked in a High Care environment)Strong attention to detail, ability to work shifts and be a team playerAbility to multi task and willingness to learn.Physically able to lift up to 25 kgs repeatedly. Accurate Record Keeping by following the Standard Operating Procedures.
