Process Engineer

Identification and implementation of production process improvements. Organisation of production trials and implementation of new products. Validation of automation, process and equipment changes. Ensuring control of analytical test methods. Problem solving, deviation and failure investigations. Management of R&D / technical projects, including investments (capital requests) DFE contact for relevant process development projects in Fonterra (TGL). Sympatec key user, responsible for monitoring SPR and reporting when outside limits. As TQF operator responsible for maintaining TQF certificate. Responsible for annual review and updates of HACCP. Responsible for annual review and update of CMDB and OT Masterplan Monthly reporting on KPIs allocated to Site Engineer responsibilities Ensure compliance with all regulatory, health, safety, customer and DFE standard & requirements Compilation and Review of completed batch documentation in absence of Site Manager Work with regulatory affairs manager to ensure timely updates of DMF and maintaining FDA registration Assuring a high quality of work permits within the shifts through monthly Permit / SWS reviews Review plant Work Instructions to ensure they are up to date with changes to customer, regulatory and DFE business system requirements. Ensure plant operates efficiently through all stages from receipt of raw ingredients and packaging materials to final product dispatch. Continuous improvement of equipment, processes and safety and wellbeing. The Site enginer is the allocated Deputy Environmental Management Representative (DEMR)
