BNZ's Strategic Sourcing team play a critical role in fulfilling the Bank's need for third party goods and services, championing supplier relationships, managing supply chain risk and compliance, delivering sustainable financial value and contributing to the overall customer experience. To help them continue to achieve this, we are looking for aProcess and Analytics Specialistto join the team!
About the Role
This newly created role will help to increase the maturity of the Strategic Sourcing Team BNZ's by supporting the sourcing pipeline through analysis and process improvement. As aProcess and Analytics Specialistyou will enable commercial value discovery and process improvement through data driven insights and process improvement at BNZ. Your day to day will vary however you can expect to get involved in supporting key initiatives, maintain & improve the strategic sourcing reporting suite and work with the wider Strategic Sourcing team to streamline internal processes and drive innovation.
About You
With proven experience in the end to end sourcing process, you'll have previously worked with the implementation and maintenance of sustainable procurement frameworks and associated processes, procedures, tools and templates. With an analytical background, you'll have the ability to work through large data sets to identify trends and future commercial opportunities. Previous experience with Power BI with the ability to quickly learn other analytic tools would be advantageous.
