What you'll do:
As a Process Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's customer experience. You will be responsible for analysing, developing, modelling, and communicating customer processes. Your expertise will be crucial in planning and implementing work that aligns with the organisation's goals. You will work closely with various teams including the digital team, ensuring data accuracy, as well as liaising with external stakeholders. Your ability to facilitate process design workshops will be key in driving improvements across the organisation.
Identify, capture, and present customer processes for the Customer Experience Group and wider business.Complete analysis to understand customer issues and identify new approaches and solutions.Facilitate process design workshops in conjunction with Customer Experience Group, Digital and Education and Stakeholder Engagement GroupProvide functional and process design expertise for the Customer Experience Group to meet their goals.Communicate impact on CEG when time frames are not met and analyse financial cost to the wider business.Validate and document business requirements from CEGTake part in product and service design sessions, identifying and resolving product and service gaps.Champion changes introduced to the organisation, particularly those implicating on processes. The ideal candidate for this Process Analyst role brings experience in process analysis or business analysis. You possess strong skills in end-to-end process mapping, business process reengineering & mapping, data analysis. Your ability to facilitate process design sessions to a non-technical audience sets you apart. You understand LEAN and/or Agile methodologies and are comfortable communicating with senior management. Your interpersonal and consultative skills are top-notch, and you are detail-oriented with a commitment to high levels of accuracy. Your problem-solving and critical thinking skills will be key in this role.
3-5 years' experience as a Process Analyst or Business Analyst.Strong skills in end-to-end process mapping, business process reengineering & mapping, data analysis.Ability to facilitate process design sessions to a non-technical audience.Understanding of LEAN and/or Agile methodologies.Experience in communicating with senior management.Good interpersonal and consultative skills.Detail oriented with commitment to high level of accuracy.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
