Your strong " people skills " will be essential to success.Job Responsibilities:Dutifully investigate cases and collect information across a wide range of circumstancesSecure background information for clients as required, whilst complying with privacy laws and professional obligationsRecord witness statements in a professional manner whilst understanding the goals of the fileTriage potential new clients whilst promoting the capabilities and values of HelixDevelop relationships with our existing partnership network and create new onesCommunicate to a very high level in oral and written formYou will need to:Be a 'self-starter' who focuses on solutions, not problemsBe a proven communicator in written and verbal formWork well with others, but also be comfortable working on your ownBe flexible with your work hours to meet the needs of our clients and to maximise growth opportunitiesHave an investigative background or be able to demonstrate you have relevant skills and attributes to do this workBe willing to seek out and engage with potential new clientsBe able to pass a pre-employment checkShow resilience and have a sense of humourBe willing and able to travel$$$Well this will depend on you.
