We have a unique opportunity for an exceptional forward-thinking banker to join our team as a Private Banker. As a highly regarded and well-networked Private Banker your primary focus in this role will be to develop and manage relationships with High Net Worth clients. You will partner with your clients to provide comprehensive banking solutions that will meet their immediate and future banking needs along with working closely with Private Bankers across the business and make a meaningful contribution to the future growth of Private Bank.
About the Role
What you'll do:
Join a team of Private Bankers to deliver an exceptional service for clients
Bring your strong technical and relationship management skills to deliver outstanding individual performance and contribute to an outstanding team performance
Develop and maintain a strong network of market advocates and referral sources
Provide holistic financial advice on banking solutions and products covering all aspects of general banking, core investments, lending and foreign currency
Provide guidance and advice on Investment options working with internal networks to achieve the best solutions to meet the client needs
Be a Professional self-motivated Banker, utilising your strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve
About You
to be successful in this role you'll have a proven track record of high performance with demonstrated ability to easily build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients and networks
You'll also:
Curious and open minded with a genuine interest in listening to our clients goals and objectives
Comfortable with ambiguity and change within a growing and dynamic Private Bank environment
An interest to grow and develop your career
Strong relationship skills and experience in dealing with high net worth individuals and their families
Previous and proven experience advising on core bank products and lending an advantage
