Printing Operator (EXPRESION OF INTEREST)Our client is a leading printing and packaging company dedicated to delivering high-quality printing solutions to their clients. We are currently seeking a Printing Operator to join the team. The Printing Operator will be responsible for operating printing machines to produce high-quality prints according to client specifications. Nightshift – 7 days a fortnight, 12-hour shifts Responsibilities Setting up and operating printing machines Ensuring the printing process runs smoothly and efficiently Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed Follow job orders and specifications to produce accurate prints Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance Requirements Ideally a machine operating background or proven experience as a printing operator Must be a keen and enthusiastic individual with strong attention to detail Technical knowledge of printing machines, laminators, and processes Have an excellent work ethic and motivation to learn and upskill Be a good communicator with teamwork abilities Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure Benefits Competitive pay rate Training and development opportunities Friendly and supportive work environment Onsite training Interested?
