As a Principal (OD) Adviser, your portfolio includes Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) with the strategic initiative for Anti Racism. Operating as an advocate and role model, you will be responsible for providing advice and leading university-wide EDI initiatives.To achieve in this role, you will: Establish coaching and mentoring relationships within our OD Team.Lead the work of the Anti-Racism initiative.Provide relevant and strategic advice across the University.Build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.Apply the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
