Working at the highest levels of a growing SAAS startup, you will set the tone for what development looks like, defining the way technology, roadmaps and their delivery look across a growing organisation with a global blue-chip global client base. You will bring a pragmatic and delivery orientated view on development and engineering, with the ambition to deliver first-class, future proof solutions.
The right person will be a technology agnostic leader in engineering, and have set architecture and direction for large scale technology solutions, with a good knowledge of SAAS solutions. You’ll use technology to find solutions to business challenges, without the baggage of HR/team management but with heavy influence on technical leadership and guidance with an intelligent, communicative dev team over 150 strong.
This isn’t a greenfield build, you’ll be taking on an existing codebase, building onto and expanding the range and performance of the software and communication the transformation fro where we are to where we’re going. You can create efficiencies within the architecture and delivery, growing out new products and creating opportunities for further expansion.
Heres a bit of what you’ll be doing:
Guiding software engineers towards building the right solution to the problem at hand
Re-architecting established products towards API-first distributed architectures
Evolving engineering practices to improve velocity and quality
