The Role… The purpose of this role is to continually improve TTC's market position as a leading provider of test engineering solutions at enterprise and project levels. Key success factors include enabling clients with test engineering programs, growing and supporting TTC's test engineering capability and talent, and helping achieve budget targets. In addition, you will assist in identifying opportunities to provide innovation, support pre-sales, provide technical and consultancy support with/for the sales team, manage and build relationships with new and existing clients and strategic partners. The Responsibilities… Delivering test solutions to TTC's target markets including utilities, education, local government, agriculture, and financial institutions. Providing programme level test management for complex projects with diverse teams and technologies. Building, developing and supporting a team of highly functioning test professionals. Supporting the Delivery managers thru the function of managing performance, mentoring, training, and deployment of small delivery teams. Working alongside TTC Service Delivery and Technical Sales teams to achieve sales targets. Providing strategic solutions to support technical delivery in the use of both manual and automated testing. Providing input into RFP responses – on request – to help secure new sales opportunities. Developing test strategy/plan templates, tools libraries and skills matrix. Providing billable consulting work in delivering test strategies and approaches and guiding the implementation of TTC's services. Managing customer accounts and influencing the customer for any testing requirements. Encouraging and influencing a productive team culture that continuously seeks to improve performance and delivery meeting and, where possible, exceeding expectations. Presenting to customers, framing TTC's offering and developing solutions for customers. Developing and producing blogs, fact sheets, case studies, and assisting at conferences. Supporting and providing input in the development of TTC's overall vision for Test engineering and communicating its strategy to key stakeholders. Maintaining positive engagement and farming opportunities with existing TTC clients. Presenting new products, services and offerings to enhance existing relationships. 10+ years in the Information Technology industry Extensive testing background (manual, technical and management roles) Highly experienced and proven performer as a Consultant in the IT industry Worked at managerial senior roles requiring strategic and leadership direction Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision making and problem-solving skills from both a business and systems perspective Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs Experience with designing and configuring tools implementations to suite the customer's needs Proven experience in building and developing a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation ISTQB Foundation Certification Bachelor's degree in Technology field i.e., computer science, engineering or similar The Extras We Look For… In addition, to the above experience, we are seeking someone who are: Fast Learners.
