Knowledge and experience: Applies significant enterprise analysis expertise to shape insights and new or improved service propositions, co-designing innovative solutions in line with human-centred design practices and organisational goalsProvides thought leadership in enterprise analysis and human-centred design approaches and trendsLeads and shapes human-centred solutions on the more complex and challenging projectsClearly identifies business objectives and unearths customers' and stakeholders' needsDrives quality customer outcomes using human-centred and data led approachesPrioritises high-value, feasible, and viable opportunitiesDevelops effective measures for evaluating the performance of improvements and solutionsDevelops innovative visual artefacts that help bring services to lifeProvides oversight, guidance and mentoring for Senior Business Analysts and other less experienced team members as required to assist the Manager with building internal capability and increasing process maturity across the organisationProvides expert advice to internal stakeholders and manages multiple stakeholders needs and expectationsCommunicates and escalates any potential risks and issues appropriatelyGrows and maintains key relationshipsContributes to the strategic direction of NZTA | Waka Kotahi's change deliveryQualifications: Proven experience in delivering enterprise analysis, using various methodologies, to quality, time and budget constraintsSignificant practical experience using a broad range of enterprise analysis methods and approaches, particularly operational capability design, current state analysis and business process designYou will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Maori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Maori. You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.
