We do this by:protecting land, species, ecosystems, and cultural heritage for conservation purposesmanaging threats and adverse impactsbeing a voice for conservationconnecting people to nature.As Principal Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Director/Senior Managers in the Office of Regulatory Services to manage risks and drive improvements and performance across the regulatory system. A key function of this role is to ensure Official Information Act (OIA) requests and material for Ministers is effectively triaged and allocated and key risks are flagged with the Director/Senior Managers. You will provide advice on key risks and issues across the regulatory system, overseeing and coordinating interventions in response to risks and issues.You will be a savvy, experienced individual with high level communication skills who is looking to contribute to a high performing team. Using your exceptional oral and written communication skills you will provide expert advice on risks and issues, including how we communicate with Ministers.
