This position is responsible for managing WellSouth's ongoing relationship with those general practices. As well as being the main point of contact for general practice teams, the successful applicant will have excellent relationships with WellSouth's clinical teams and help connect them to general practice teams as required. The Primary Care Relationship Manager will be enthusiastic, well-informed, customer-centric and a good communicator. The successful candidate will work with general practices to ensure that the people of Southern District get world class primary and community health care. They will support the Practice Network Director and other members of the Management Team to manage operational and financial resources to ensure the long-term viability of WellSouth.
