Some More Information About The Role
Reporting to the Partners you will be part of a tight team. This role is a pivotal role within the business. Not only are you responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly each day, you will also be the face of the organisation greeting clients before meetings and providing personal assistant support to the Partners. This role will be a great fit for someone who loves being proactive in their support style, with the mindset of making other people's roles as easy as possible.
Core responsibilities will include:
Front Office – Telephone, Reception, Meeting RoomsTeam Support – Events, Administration Support to wider teamPersonal Assistant – Diary Management, Travel CoordinationConfidential Documentation Preparation using PowerPointOffice Management – Consumables, Facilities, SuppliersSo, who are you?
You are a bright and bubbly Office Manager/Personal Assistant/Senior Administrator who ideally has at least two year's experience in a similar role with a strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to self-review. Experience within Professional Services or Legal firm is a bonus.
Strong communication skills are a must along with being a team player as you will be working in a tightknit team and across the business. Lastly, due to the nature of the organisation, you will have the ability to multi-task and manage your time and workload effectively. In order to be considered for this role you would need to demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
