Practice Manager - (Full-Time) - Dunedin

Animates Vetcare is recruiting for a passionate Practice Manager to lead the team at our Dunedin clinic.

What you'll be doing: Develop and review clinic policies and procedures Rostering shifts for clinic team Coaching and supporting your team Ensuring compliance by the practice in areas such as OSH, equal opportunity, privacy and industrial relations. Implementing and organises in clinic training What we're looking for: You have a recognised Diploma in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent qualification; You are proficient in all-round clinical and surgical nursing (experienced nurse); You've got customer service experience and you work well in a team; You have computer skills and don't mind learning new technology; You're passionate about the veterinary industry and high standards of patient care; You ideally have some clinical management experience; and, Can do attitude, passionate about managing both people and a clinic.
