We are seeking a Policy Administrator to join the Policy Administration team within Business Customer Operations.

Policy Administrators are responsible for accurately and efficiently completing administrative processes within established procedures and service levels to support our business customers.

What you need to be successful:
You have excellent computer and processing skills You are a team player and proactive in nature You have demonstrated customer services skills with the ability to outline clear needs professionally and courteously. You are a 'go getter' with a positive attitude You're naturally an organised person who likes working with processes and understands when and where to identify escalation points
