With several newly created positions on the horizon, we are looking for the right people to help set us up for success. This presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, a customer-centric mindset and administration expertise to join our Strategic Programmes and Engagement team as a Project Management Office (PMO) Administrator.

Part-time role, 16 hours per week based in either Dargaville or Mangawhai with WFH options. About the Role The primary focus of this role is to support our PMO Coordinator and the Manager of Strategic Programmes & Engagement with administrative duties and assistance across portfolio and project coordination. Your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, encompassing governance, project delivery support, systems administration, production of reports, and various administrative tasks.
Day-to-day responsibilities include: Providing administrative support for project management tools and processes. Assisting in the preparation and submission of project reports and documentation. Maintaining project records and follow up on outstanding actions and updates. Assisting with facilitating workshops and the onboarding of new project staff. Ensuring consistent document management and adherence to project standards. About You We are seeking an organised and methodical administrator with experience in a similar role to join our tight-knit team. You will have competency in Office365 and a background in working with SharePoint is desired but not essential. You will demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic work environment. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential attributes, as well as a strong work ethic and a continuous improvement mindset.
