As part of this role, you will be required to work weekends, nights and away from home at times. We're looking for candidates who have asphalt/industry experience or a desire to learn and progress in a new industry.Asphalt laying physical dutiesMobile plant operation (e.g. pavers, rollers, skid steers, crew truck)Road work construction and maintenanceSafe operation near live trafficToolbox meetings, pre-starts, risk assessments and project specific data captureWhat we need from you?Availability to work overtime, weekends, nights and live away from home when requiredA current vehicle licence (HR or HC licence beneficial)A hard working attitudePrevious asphalt/paving experience is beneficialMobile plant experience would be beneficialAn interest in working outdoors, in all weather conditions.
