We have been supplying New Zealand's finest grass-fed lamb, beef, and venison for more than 70 years and our products are enjoyed in more than 65 countries across the globe.We want to be recognised as an organisation that delivers our vision of being a world class global food and solutions company while creating prosperity for our farming families, respecting our people, delivery quality produce solutions for our customers and operating a sustainable and commercially successful co-operative.To be able to achieve this, we need to attract and retain the best and the brightest talent who share our values, and our commitment to New Zealand Farmers.Currently we have an amazing opportunity for an experienced HR Administration Manager to join our Mataura Plant.Joining the Plant Management Team, at our Mataura Plant, the role of the HR Administration Manager is a crucial part of the puzzle to ensure the smooth running of the Plant.Reporting to the Plant Manager and Regional Human Resources Manager, the HR Administration Manager plays a crucial part to ensure the smooth running of the Plant.Key Responsibilities will involve:Supporting the Plant Managers and Regional Human Resource Manager with HR processes and people initiatives, including remuneration reviews, employment agreement reviews, training, and induction, pays and benefits.Ensuring recruitment of employees and onboarding processes are in accordance with Alliances policies and procedures.Support Plant Management to manage HR process and procedures on plant, including absence and attendance management, disciplinary matters, and investigation processes.Ensuring the plants resourcing needs for seasonal and permanent employment are met through the management of appropriate sourcing and retention strategies.Maintain employee documentation accuracy in HCM and be the first point of contact on plant for all HCM and people queries.Support and work with Management Teams, in identifying training and development gaps for employees and support the implementation of any training and development programs.Nga painga - what's in it for you?We are an employer that is committed to making a difference for families and communities and supporting people to build rewarding careers.
