.Planning and S&OP ManagerABOUT THE JOBDue to an internal promotion, Danone has an exciting opportunity for a Planning and S&OP Manager to join the business to lead a small Planning team across two manufacturing sites responsible for production scheduling, deployment and materials planning.Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Team leadership – managing a team of 9 planners based in both Auckland and Balclutha, act as a mentor and coach as well as conducting annual performance and development conversationsS&OP planning – lead the S&OP process across two manufacturing sites compiling 18 month rolling finished/semi-finished production/deployment and materials plans to be signed off by the businessProject management – lead Supply Chain projects for the business, taking accountability for action whilst also identifying any areas for continuous improvement or creation of efficienciesForecasting – compile and analyze customer forecasts, continually driving forecast improvementsABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role you will have strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse and summarize complex data to present to the business. You will thrive developing meaningful relationships both internally and externally from the business whilst leading and inspiring a high performing team.Ideally you will have:5 years demonstrable experience in a supply chain planning functionExperience working within the FMCG or pharmaceutical industryBachelors Degree in either Supply Chain Management or Business ManagementPrevious ERP/MRP experience preferably using SAPExposure to managing a team is advantageousABOUT USDanone’s mission is Bringing health through food to as many people as possible and we want to invite people to join the movement for a healthier world.
