Are you an experienced administrator or coordinator looking to grow your skillset and knowledge? If that sounds like you, you may be the meticulous and proactive Planner / Scheduler we are seeking to join our Operations Support team.
This is a full-time fixed term role covering parental leave for an existing staff member starting in August 2024, however we are flexible to consider candidates interested in working between 32 and 40 hours per week. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating various operational activities within the company to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
The Role: As a vital member of our team, you will play a critical role in coordinating, planning and scheduling work flows alongside our Project Managers to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery across multiple business units.
Key support areas include our Vegetation team where you will have the opportunity to grow your planning skillset through a range of administration, planning and scheduling tasks, as well as support our scheduling practices across our Electrical Services and Lines Services.
This role provides the opportunity to develop a broad skillset and in depth knowledge of our business and industry by supporting and covering various operational tasks and roles, including other Schedulers and Administrators, and working closely with our Managers, Tree Officers, support and field teams (Arborists, Electricians, Line Mechanics).

About you You will have a p roven experience in an administrative or coordination role. You will also have:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task at any given point
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience and/or education in administration and coordination or related field is a plus
