Planner (MNC Up to 3.5K / 1 Year contract) Planner (MNC Up to 3.5K / 1 Year contract) PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd (Formerly Kelly Services Singapore Pte Ltd)Production, Planning & Scheduling (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)Job Opportunity: Supply Flow & Materials PlannerJoin our team as a Supply Flow & Materials Planner, a key role in our Supply Planning Center.Responsibilities:Collaborate with various teams to address projected outages, manage replenishment, and optimize production and deployment plans.Develop and communicate timely production schedules and delivery plans for finished products and materials.Maintain master data in APO, SAP R3, and OMP+, conducting audits and verifying demand flow.Identify supply constraints and deployment risks, developing action plans to avoid service impacts.Drive Continual Improvement (CI) through standard work processes.Determine deployment priorities and assign inventory within the Supply Flow Planning Network.Communicate and resolve conflicting priorities with Site Operations.Participate in decision-making for safety stocks, inventory management, and production throughput.Align initiative execution with Category IOL to ensure smooth launches.Act as the main point of contact between supply chain and availability planners.Follow up on past due elements and contribute to root cause analysis for Case Fill Rate.Communicate material requirements plans to suppliers and resolve conflicts.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in relevant field.Experience in supply chain planning is advantageousStrong analytical and communication skills.Ability to identify and address supply constraints effectively.Interested candidates may apply through the application system.
