Piano Teacher

We're looking for someone to teach piano with us at a community centre and a primary school 1 half day a week.
The lessons are taught in the Kaikorai area of Dunedin.
You will be working with children aged 6-12.
You could be a student studying at Otago, looking for that perfect part-time job on the side of Uni. Or you could be a budding music teacher with a portfolio of students in the afternoon, looking for daytime teaching to pair alongside your growing business. The candidate will: Have a car and ideally live close to Kaikorai to remove the travel burden from the role. Be able to play piano, read music and enjoy working in a high energy environment. There is also the possibility of smaller shifts of work that can better fit around your other commitments. Depending on what's arranged, there is also a small amount of gear set-up and pack down required at each teaching location.
You would be mentored by the team, and assisted in practical ways to achieve in the role. The successful candidate will need to undertake police checking before starting. Pay based on experience.Apply Now!
