We have an exciting opportunity for a Hybrid Physiotherapist with experience in Musculoskeletal and Vocational Rehabilitation to join our Lower Hutt team.
Our multidisciplinary team consists of passionate professionals dedicated to delivering personalised care and achieving optimal outcomes for our clients.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week role. However, we can offer you flexibility in working hours and the option to complete administration and reporting tasks from home.
As a Hybrid Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in our collaborative approach to rehabilitation. You will assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions while incorporating vocational rehabilitation strategies to support clients in returning to work or meaningful activities. Your role will involve working closely with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and physicians, to develop integrated treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Your Key Responsibilities will be: Conduct comprehensive assessments of musculoskeletal conditions and functional abilities. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and function. Integrate vocational rehabilitation strategies into treatment plans to facilitate return to work goals. Provide education and guidance to clients on self-management techniques and injury prevention strategies. Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment interventions. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities. About the Lower Hutt Team The TBI Health Lower Hutt clinic is within a short walking distance of the Queensgate Shopping Centre and the Hutt River bank walkway, which is a great option for relaxing lunchtime walks especially with summer around the corner. You will be based in the heart of the Lower Hutt CBD with easy access to public transport and plenty of car parking options available in the vicinity.
Be part of a team that has achieved some great things in the equity space as well. They continue to increase the cultural capability of the team and build new networks in the community with Maori health providers and local iwi.
The team is a social, outgoing, and happy group! They have daily morning quizzes, share morning teas once a week, and organise monthly team events. 
Desired Skills and Experience About you This is a clinical position, therefore you must have a bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy with three to four years of clinical experience.
You will have experience in vocational rehabilitation and return to work programs. 
Substantial orientation, training, and support will be provided.
