Community Therapy Northhave an exciting opportunity for a Senior Physio to join our team of Community Therapists and Therapy Assistants based in Basingstoke. We provide a domiciliary therapy service to patients in North Hampshire. You will be able to develop your experience treating a range of presentations in Adults in the community including, Orthopaedics, Neurology, Long Term Conditions, Falls, Frailty and Palliative care.
Successful applicants will need to be an efficient worker, a good communicator and be confident working in a community setting as an autonomous practitioner. You will receive good support and professional development from your colleagues and Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust and will provide leadership within the Therapy team and Integrated Care Team. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload whilst working effectively within the multidisciplinary team to ensure an integrated approach to patient care and prevent unnecessary admission to hospital or long term care, to promote functional independence and to facilitate timely discharge from hospital.
