Personal Lending Adviser

Max Money Group is a Financial Advisory business in the FinTech space. We provide financial advice and services to a wide range of customers through multiple brands such as Max Loans, Max Mortgages, Max Insurances & Max Businesses New branch located in Te Puke to service the Bay of Plenty area and looking Personal Lending Adviser who also has interest in the Mortgage space. Good base salary with incentive plan. Good lead flow from core business and Business Partners. In this role you will ; Assess customer eligibility to borrow money for a house/property Present and explain mortgage options offers to the customer Liaise with our panel of lenders on the customer's behalf for approval Liaise with other parties, (eg; lawyers, valuers and real estate agents) Review and follow-up loan and mortgage documentation Organise and manage settlements Develop and service existing customer relationships Be able to work with external alliance partner networks for deal flow Undertake networking and marketing initiatives to build profile We pride ourselves on providing the best financial solution for our customers and for ensuring a great experience along in the way. In addition, we seek the following ; NZCFS Level 5 (Residential Property Lending) - compliant in new financial regime 2+years experience in a similar role in mortgages with either a broker or in a bank an advantage Must be able to work as part of a wider team who are looking after other product offerings and customer segments Fully compliant with all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to work under pressure A passion for helping people The desire to succeed in building a strong finance career Good attitude to continual learning and staying up to date with industry training and requirements Good presentation skills and confident We are looking for a high performing Financial Adviser who wants to join us for a new and exciting journey.
