We provide financial advice and services to a wide range of customers through multiple brands such as Max Loans, Max Mortgages, Max Insurances & Max BusinessesNew branch located in Te Puke to service the Bay of Plenty area and looking Personal Lending Adviser who also has interest in the Mortgage space.Good base salary with incentive plan.Good lead flow from core business and Business Partners.In this role you will ;Assess customer eligibility to borrow money for a house/propertyPresent and explain mortgage options offers to the customerLiaise with our panel of lenders on the customer's behalf for approvalLiaise with other parties, (eg; lawyers, valuers and real estate agents)Review and follow-up loan and mortgage documentationOrganise and manage settlementsDevelop and service existing customer relationshipsBe able to work with external alliance partner networks for deal flowUndertake networking and marketing initiatives to build profileWe pride ourselves on providing the best financial solution for our customers and for ensuring a great experience along in the way.
