Key responsibilitiesinclude:first point of contact for clients[interviewing+ obtaining preliminary information]+legal/administrative assistanceto TPD/super solicitors [ eg dictaphone typing, preparation of court documents/letters, liaising with doctors/solicitors/insurers/superannuation funds, arranging appointments, preparing briefs to barristers, filing and general administration].

WHO YOU ARE

haveminimum 1+yearOR MORE PLAINTIFF personal injury legal experience;
haveEITHERhad some TPD/super/income protection insurance experienceOR[if no experience] have a serious/genuine keen interest inTPD/superannuation/insurance law;
are either a career secretary/paralegal OR law student who is NOT looking to become a lawyer for at least 2+ years;
have strongMicrosoft Office(including Word) skills+ can type minimum50 wpmwith high accuracy (spelling/grammar);
have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
are highlyorganizedand can meetdeadlines;
