Personal Assistant / Office Administrator PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support)Enjoy a two-week close down period over ChristmasOpportunity for growth and development into other areas of the organisationWe are seeking a dedicated and highly organised individual to join our clients' local organisation as a Personal Assistant / Office Administrator in a full-time permanent position. Located in Whakatane, free parking on-site, and flexibility in working hours.You will primarily be providing Personal Assistance support duties to the Director, along with providing administration support to the small office team ensuring the smooth running of daily office functions.Being a team player, hard-working, and having a sense of humour are key attributes for success within this position. You will be exposed to a broad range of clients across the Bay of Plenty and further that operate in multiple industries including industrial, horticulture, commercial, retail and more - so there is a strong focus on providing top-tier service and communication to their clients.Key Responsibilities include:Personal Assistant to directorHandle correspondence in a timely manner on behalf of the director including emails and phone callsDocumentation preparationSupport and deliver office administrative functionsGreeting clientsProvide back-up reception support when neededHandling correspondence on behalf of the director including emails and phone callsWord and Excel document preparationManagement of client company and trust registersDo you have:Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a CA firm would be usefulStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExperience with Xero - preferredKnowledge with Inland Revenue DepartmentAdept for systems - this office is 95% paperless so this is a must!Proficient in MS Office suiteAttention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solvingIf you said yes to the above, dream of a new change with a great work-life balance - we want to hear from you!
