The Role: This is an exciting role that has come about due to growth in the company, reporting directly to the HR / Administration Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day PA duties including, meeting notes, reviewing legal documents, creating speadsheet templates, scheduling appointments. Other duties may include; Creating and reviewing reports Maintaining spreadsheets and databases accurately Managing email and phone correspondence Assisting with accounts receivable / payable duties Assisting with new projects What you will need to be successful: Proven experience as a PA with 2+ years experience Extensive Microsoft suit knowledge Exceptional organizational skills Background in some for of accounting duties would be advantageous Great communication and interpersonal skills What we offer: This is a great opportunity for a motivated person to advance your career in a rapidly progressing company.
