Personal Assistant Is Required

To oversee and manage all Administrative tasks,
Prepare files and presentation slides maintain calendar for Director
You are liable for maintaining all external/internal appointments for director and make all travel arrangements,accommodation booking accordingly.
Review itineraries and ensure requisite pre reading / documentation is received in time
Manage expense claim and invoices follow up,
screening telephone calls and emails and answering inquiries with in the time frame
A personal Assistant can take decision in absent of Director and can act on their behalf to attend their meetings
Maintain all work record, research /reports/ data and business plan
May supervise other clerical staff and workers of the business
Personal Assistant is required
