Details of the offer

We are seeking strong Personal Assistants for temporary assignments within the public and private sectors. We have some fantastic short- and long-term opportunities coming up.
Currently our assignments range from:
ASAP start- 6 months
$30.00 - $35 .00 per hour
CBD, Lower Hutt and Porirua locations
Temporary and fixed term opportunities
The successful candidates will have the following skills:
Great organizational skills.
Complex diary and email inbox management.
Meeting administration which involves scheduling, minute taking and circulating agendas.
Travel and accommodation booking.
Be good at multitasking and problem solving.
Have good communication skills and have a sense of professionalism.
Have good attention to detail
Have strong business acumen which comes with knowing the workings of the business and industry well
A friendly and professional attitude with a high level of personal presentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
