About The Company

Our client is New Zealand’s largest provider of wills and estate administration services, offering a range of services including legal, financial, investment, Trusts and estate protection. In this industry, a Personal Assistant role is pivotal to ensuring the office is running efficiently and leaders are supported where they need it.
About The Role
This position will be a traditional PA role supporting the GM of Marketing and Customer Experience. You will get the perfect blend of corporate exposure and an easygoing relationship that will offer huge professional development potential.
60 - 80% calendar and email management
Booking and arranging travel and internal meetings
Report writing, formatting documents, manage spreadsheets
End of month invoicing and reconciliations
Assist with onboarding procedures for new starters
6-8 weeks initial commitment with a possibility to be extended further
About You

You will be highly organized and thrive in situations that require you to prioritize and apply your strong communication skills. You will feel comfortable interacting with a diverse range of people, you may be a fully-fledged PA OR have experience in a Team Administrator role. In addition, you will be required to hit the ground running so your ability to be a self-starter with minimum direction is desirable.
Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Must be able to demonstrate intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
No task too big or small – you must be happy to get the coffees!
Strong emotional intelligence to anticipate the needs of others and pick up tasks quickly without being asked.
MUST be available to interview and start immediately!
