Personal Assistant #CLOSER #BRAVER #FASTER The Role This exciting role will see you providing personal assistance and administrative support to two Executive Managers in the Consumer area along with their teams.
As a Personal Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring that administrative systems are highly effective and organised, to provide the highest level of support, and involves consultation and engagement with members of Customer & Consumer and wider IAG.
It's fast paced and busy, but with your solid experience of providing support at a similar level, you'll take it in your stride and excel at developing the role and making it your own.
This role will be offered as a fixed term contract until the end of November.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing high level administrative support, event coordination, reporting, as well as the critical diary and travel management, creation of meeting agendas, and support tasks.
Diary management to ensure effective use of the EM's time and non-essential meetings / correspondences are filtered appropriately
Taking minutes for meetings, typing and distributing to the appropriate people
Preparation of reports etc.
Liaison with other Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants across the business

Skills & Experience:
Experience of working as a Personal Assistant is a plus, Strong experience in a Admin/Support role
Previous experience carrying out a range of administrative tasks and functions
Capability of working independently to solve problems, and be able to demonstrate a high degree of judgement, professionalism and administrative skill
Experience working to a high degree of confidentiality is critical to this role along with a focus on attention to detail
Strong word processing, presentation and spreadsheet skills as well as proficiency with the Microsoft suite of office products
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
